RETURN POLICY

Items postmarked within 14 days of delivery in the same as new condition, purchased from kaftanliberall.com, will be eligible for a return. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and will be processed within 8 -­10 business days of receiving the return at the warehouse. 

Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return. All labels must still be attached and original packaging must be intact.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and the costs of returning the item to us are at your expense. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Make sure you get a tracking number for your shipment.

Note: handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact info@liberallrotterdam.com.

You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact info@liberallrotterdam.com.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items can’t be edited.
